In most cases, we carry out orders at the request of our partners; in production we use the following types of yarn: carded yarn, compact carded yarn, combed yarn and combed compact yarn. There are also direct contracts with yarn suppliers from China and Turkey, i.e. upon request and according to technical requirements. customer specifications, it is possible to import wool, mercerized cotton, viscose, lye and bamboo.

It is also possible to import: acrylic, nylon + cut, elastane 130/70/70, 140/70/70, 140/7575, spandex, polyamide,
polyester, lycra.

The factory is equipped with ZHENGBAO ZB-6F brand hosiery machines.

Number of needles:
156 needles – 42 pcs.

At the request of customers, it is possible to change the cylinders to other needles

The minimum order quantity for the model is 10,000 pairs under FCA delivery conditions.

The minimum order quantity for different assortments is 150,000 pairs under DAP delivery conditions.
